However, the staff was still very friendly and helpful in giving us information of other places that still do this service. STILL FIVE STARS for Hopson Automotive! I'd never heard of Hopson Auto Repair until today - but after having such a good experience, I feel comfortable recommending them. Hopson has serviced two of our vehicles. When a dealership told us what was allegedly wrong with our vehicles, Hopson gave us a second opinion. Sometimes they've said there is no issue, and other times they've given me a quote and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I trust Hopson. They've also done vehicle emissions. Leaving Hopson is the only negative as they're right off Highway 164, and crossing traffic can sometimes be bad. Hopson is trustworthy and great!

I had never been to Hopson Automotive before this week and I should have used them long ago. I had a leaking brake issue in the rear of my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder and they fixed it in one day at a very reasonable rate and my brakes feel brand new! I had taken the vehicle to a local NIssan dealer a few days earlier and they wanted 5 times the amount to do the repair and they told me it would take several days to get parts, etc. I will not being going back for dealer service ever again and I would recommend everyone in Waukesha County go to Hopson Automotive for all of their maintenance and repair needs.
