I have began using Hopson about 2 years ago. They are close and reliable. They have been good at accommodating quick service which I appreciate. However, this past time when I dropped off car, when I went to pick it up they would not honor coupon since I forgot to leave it with keys in drop box. I was rather disappointed as I spent a couple thousand dollars this past year and felt disappointed as I consider myself a loyal customer. I am rating 5 stars because their service is reliable. However, wish they would accepted the coupon. Hope that doesn’t impact my decision next time I need service somewhere.
